With over 20 years in the continuing education and staff development industry, BaysideCEU was developed out of the need for affordable, easily accessible, and relevant continuing education and staff development for professionals.

We were inspired to bring both relevant content and compliance functionality together on one platform. We understand what it takes to stay compliant and are here to help you navigate the various states, requirements, and regulations, whether for your license, certification, or facility and staff.
Bayside Continuing Education and Development stringently follows the regulations of the boards and regulatory agencies to maintain the quality of our programs.
Meet Our Core Team
Leesa draws upon her 20+ years of corporate and healthcare experience to bring BaysideCEU’s vision to life. She earned her B.A. from Rollins College and her M.Ed. from the University of Georgia. She is licensed as an LPC in Georgia, an LMHC in Florida, and is certified as a CAC and an NCC. Previous to BaysideCEU, she excelled in the hospital setting in administration over two hospitals in the Atlanta area and worked in private practice for many years. She has authored and presented on numerous professional development topics and regularly instructs on the Laws and Rules and Qualified Supervisor courses.
Rob has over 25 years of management, sales, and claims experience. He brought his engineering degree and technical skills from the University of Central Florida to the healthcare industry. He has lectured at many Dental University programs and associations. His passion is the technical side of healthcare.
Ethan earned his degree in Entertainment Management from the University of Central Florida. He has continued his studies in Front End Development. From start to finish, his focus is on smooth, timely, well-functioning events and processes. He has worked in the entertainment industry, ensuring quality experiences, and brings this enthusiasm and perspective to BaysideCEU planning and streamlining how we present our educational offerings.
Carson is in his senior year at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Business. He provides graphic design skills, market penetration, and branding expertise to the platform. He holds a certification in Excel.
Roger is a Certified Alcohol Professional. He has over twenty years of experience in the outpatient and group settings. He is well-versed in the substance abuse industry and has authored over 20 courses.
Stacey is our Dental Consultant. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Clinician and Coach in the dental field. She is a Regional Hygiene Trainor.
Stephanie is our Social Work Consultant. She is an LCSW in private practice. She is a Collaborative Law Divorce Coach, Mediator, and Amicable Divorce Network Member.
