- Understand the regulations for certificates and licensing for dental laboratories.
- Explain and be able to complete the continuing education requirements for dental laboratory staff.
- Describe the laws concerning dental laboratory inspections.
- Understand the prescription requirements from dentists who refer to dental laboratories and how long these must be kept on file.
- Be able to operate within the advertising regulations.
