HIPAA Guidelines and Workers' Compensation
This course aims to provide information on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. This course will overview HIPAA and privacy regulations, define and describe how to handle confidential information, and review the penalties and enforcement specific to the Workers’ Compensation industry.
