Incident Reporting in California
This course provides a systematic overview of incident identification, reporting, and documentation per JCAHO and California laws. Emphasis is placed on determining appropriate reporting channels, timeframes, and compliance considerations. The course also develops competency in the composition of clear, objective, and legally sound incident reports to support risk management, quality assurance, and organizational accountability.
