- Discuss diagnostic assessment findings and recommendations with the client to facilitate the development of the individualized treatment plan.
- Based on the interpretive summary, develop a treatment plan with prioritized and mutually agreed upon needs, goals, measurable objectives, treatment methods, and discharge criteria.
- Be able to involve concerned others in initial and on-going treatment planning as appropriate and required.
- Use on-going assessment and collaboration with the client to review and modify the treatment plan to address treatment needs.
