Safety Culture and Good Catch Program Training
Creating a strong safety culture within an organization is vital for ensuring the well-being of employees and minimizing risks. A key component of this safety culture is the implementation of a Good Catch Program. This training aims to educate employees about the importance of culture of safety and how to effectively participate in a Good Catch Program.
This course will award 1 continuing education hour.

- Participants will learn the fundamental principles of safety culture, including its definition, key elements, and the role it plays in creating a safe and productive work environment.
- Understand what a Good Catch program’s purpose, benefits, and integration into the organization’s overall safety strategy.
- Develop skills for hazard identification and reporting.
- Explain how to foster a non-punitive reporting environment.
