This course provides an in-depth exploration of Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), a strengths-based, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that emphasizes solutions rather than problems. Students will learn the core principles, techniques, and practical applications of SFBT, including the use of scaling questions, miracle questions, and structured goal setting. Through interactive discussions and case studies, participants will develop the skills necessary to facilitate meaningful and efficient client progress.
