
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention to the present moment without evaluation as to whether one’s thoughts and feelings are good or bad. It is a skill developed through meditation or other training.
This course will explore the history and origins of mindfulness, the difference between mindfulness, meditation, and flow, the benefits for the client and therapist, and it can be used in therapy.
