Pre-Purchase Questions

  1. Create an Account or Login to your existing account.
  2. Navigate to the Course / Bundle you would like to purchase using the Course Catalog
  3. Select the Course / Bundle you would like to purchase and click Add to Cart
  4. Click the Cart Icon and click Checkout

Yes. BaysideCEU reports to CEBroker every morning. To ensure your completions get reported you need your license information input into your account.

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Edit Profile on your Dashboard
  3. Select Licenses then Add New License or Certification
  4. Search for your Licensing Board and fill out your License Information
  5. Click Save

BaysideCEU has multiple national approvals and state-board approvals. To view all of our approvals, click here.

Courses & Learning

After purchasing a Course / Bundle your content becomes available instantly. Simply follow the instructions below to get started:

  1. Click Dashboard to view your Bundles & Courses
  2. Individual Courses: To begin taking an Individual Course, scroll down to the Dashboard tabs and select My Courses. From there, select the course you would like to begin by clicking Start Course
  3. Bundles: To begin taking a CE Bundle, select the View Bundle button under your name. Scroll down, select the course you would like to begin first, and click Start Course
  4. Read the course content and click Next Lesson to progress through the course
  5. Pass the Final Quiz with a 70% or higher to gain credit

After completing a course and passing the Final Quiz with a 70% or higher, you can view your certificates by:

  1. Click Dashboard using the Navigation Menu
  2. Scroll down and select My Certificates in the Dashboard Tabs

You gain access to your course / bundle for 1-year. You have unlimited attempts within that time frame and your progress is saved every 20 seconds.

Facility Membership

BaysideCEU offers a Facility Membership at $55 per employee per year. The features can be viewed here: https://baysideceu.com/facility-membership/

To sign up, click Sign Up Your Facility and input the prompted information. From there, we will be in contact with you.

Every invited employee of a Facility receives an Access Key. Once this key is input into your account, you will be enrolled in the facility group.

  1. Click Dashboard using the Navigation Menu
  2. Click Edit Profile, then select Partner Access
  3. Input your Individual Access Key and click Save

Account Information

You can request a password reset link on the Log In page.

Your license is required to be input into your account in order to have your CEs reported to CEBroker. To input your license into your account:

  1. Click Dashboard using the Navigation Menu
  2. Click Edit Profile, then select Licenses
  3. Click Add New License or Certification and search for your board
  4. Select your Profession ID the input your license #s
  5. Click Save
