Anger Management
This course provides an introduction to anger, including what causes it, how it can affect thoughts and behavior, and why it is not always a negative emotion. Participants will explore different perspectives on anger, learn about approaches to managing it effectively, and consider common signs that anger may be becoming difficult to control. The course is designed to encourage greater awareness of anger and provide a foundation for recognizing and responding to it in healthier ways.
Course Objectives
- Discover an understanding of where the anger comes from and why some people are prone to lose control in this state.
- Identify the positive and negative outcomes of anger.
- Describe a treatment program with a client who suffers from anger issues.
