Georgia PC, SW, MFT License Renewal Bundle - 10 hours
CERTIFICATION INFORMATION:
The Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists require LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs to earn 35 hours of continuing education every two years to renew their license. This bundle will meet the maximum allowable online/asynchronous hour total.
Of the total 35 hours that must be completed, 5 must be in Ethics, and the Ethics course must be synchronous (synchronous activities require participants and instructors to be present at the same time.) 10 may be online/self-study, and the remaining 15 must be live/synchronous.
This bundle 10 asynchronous hours on:
- Nutrition, Psychotropics, and Mental Health (1 Hour)
- Treating Fear and Anxiety: Risk Perceptions in The Wake of the Pandemic, Protests, and Economic Concerns (2 Hours)
- The Use of Psychedelics in Mental Health (1 Hour)
- Mindfulness (1 Hour)
- Positive Psychology versus Traditional Psychology (1 Hour)
- Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders, Fifth Edition Text Revision (2 Hours)
- Medical Marijuana Stigma, Regulations, Addiction (1 Hour)
- Compassion Fatigue (1 Hour)

The certificate of completion will be able to be downloaded after the above is completed. Refunds will be granted upon request with the withdrawal of credit for the course.
