The Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling & MFT Requirements:
The Arkansas Board of Examiners for Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy requires Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to complete:
24 Total CEU Hours + Core Requirements:
Every Renewal: 3 hours in Ethics
Arkansas Qualified Supervisors: 6 hours of Supervision-Related CEUs (3 hours must be obtained from Board-recognized state associations or an Arkansas university-associated workshop or program such as ArCA. BaysideCEU is not approved by ArCA.)
Additional Notes: LCSWs in Arkansas are limited to 15 hours of Online CEUs (BaysideCEU only offers online CEUs. The remaining 9 hours must be completed through in-person methods)
Deadline: All CEUs must be completed every 2-years by the licensees birth month.
