The Wisconsin Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, and Social Work Examining Board requires Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to complete:
30 Total CEU Hours + Core Requirements (Every 2 Years):
• Every renewal: 4 hours in Ethics and Boundaries
• Notes: LPCs: All 30 hours may be completed online, LCSWs: Up to 26 hours may be completed online, LMFTs: All 30 hours may be completed online. All other hours must be completed via in-person methods.
Deadline: CEUs must be completed every 2 years from the date of license issue.
