The Mississippi Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors requires Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to complete:

24 Total CE Hours + Core Requirements:

Every renewal: 6 hours in Professional Ethics or Legal Issues
If Distance Professional Service Provider: 2 hours in Telemental Health
If LPC-S: 1 hour in Supervision

The Mississippi Board of Examiners for Social Workers requires Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to complete:

40 Total CE Hours + Core Requirements:

Every renewal: 2 hours in Ethics, 1 hour in Mandated Reporting (Abuse Reporting), and 2 hours in Cultural Diversity
Note: Only 20 hours of CEs may be completed online. The remaining hours must be completed live and are not included in this access.

Deadline: LPC CEs must be completed by June 30th every 2-years, LCSW CEs must be completed by April 30th every 2-years
